Homework 1.13

I worked out most of the problem and I got 3.28984 x10^15 but I'm confused because on the solution manual 3.28984 is being multiplied by (1/4 and 1/16) so I am confused on how to get 4 and 16 for the n values.

I think that the speed of radiation is constant because they are light waves and the speed of light is a constant.

Is it better to use c=3x10^8 or c=2.998x10^8 like it is stated in the textbook?
