Thought Process to G.7

What is G.7 asking for. I don't know which concepts to apply.

To summarize G7, the problem is pretty much asking you to find the real mass of KNO3 in a 510.g aqueous solution. They tell you that KNO3 is 5.45% of 510.g so that's a clue to find the mass of KNO3 in the solution. Furthermore, it's important to remember that the solution is aqueous which means that water is the other substance in the solution. If you know your mass of KNO3 and the mass of the whole solution, to find the mass of H2O it's a straightforward subtraction problem. The last part of the question just states to describe how you would prepare this solution. So, in a sentence or two, just write how you would create the aqueous solution as if your were in a lab. What tools will you use, what will you measure, how much of each substance will go in, etc.

The concepts you need to know are basically working backwards to find the mass of a substance given the percent mass composition of KNO3, and how to describe the process by which you would duplicate the solution in a lab setting.
