In the Arrhenius equation what is A in it and how do we get it?

Hey there,
The Arrhenius equation is k = Ae^(-Ea/RT), where A is the frequency or pre-exponential factor and e^(-Ea/RT) represents the fraction of collisions that have enough energy to overcome the activation barrier or surpass the activation energy, Ea. at temperature T. A is found by rearranging the equation to get A=k/e^-Ea/RT. I hope this helps!
