Activation Energy vs Free energy of activation
What is the difference between activation enegery and free energy of activation? and what does it mean when more molecus have E>Ea? What does E stand for?

The activation energy is the energy required by a reaction to actually proceed to completion. Free energy of activation refers to Gibbs free energy. When something is referencing E>Ea, it's talking about whether or not the specific reaction or collision etc. has more energy than the activation energy required; if it does then the reaction can proceed to completion.

The standard Gibbs free energy of activation is always positive because it always takes some free energy to initiate the reaction.
