Help on HW 4.30 and the Arrhenius Equation

The question asks: "The activation energy in organic reaction is known to be 125 kJ/mol. Will this reaction occur at room temperature?"

How do I calculate this? I assumed we would use the Arrhenius equation and solve for k, and if k is less than 1, then the reaction wouldn't occur under room temperature. However, A isn't given. (Another question, is A always supposed to be given, or is there an equation to solve for A other than the Arrhenius equation?)

In page 154 of the Organic Chemistry textbook, it says that "reactions with activation energies below 80 kJ/mol can occur at room temperature, while those with larger activation energies require energy input (heat, light or electricity) to occur". In my opinion, we can use this information to conclude that if the activation energy is 125 kJ/mol, then the reaction cannot occur at room temperature. However, I'm not sure if there's a calculation involved in determining this.
