Where does the OH go?? also why isn't this an addition reaction??

The OH- is the "leaving group" that the question asks you to identify (which is why it's not shown)....it's not addition bc the OH- is being replaced since it's not part of the final molecule

And since this is not an addition reaction, it must be a SN2 (bimolecular nucleophilic substitution) reaction, because that's the only two reactions we've gone over in the course reader.
