Whether a reaction will occur at room temperature

How do you tell if a reaction will take place at room temperature? I understand that it is low activation energy/small standard enthalpy of activation, but what is the range of these low/small values?

G=H-TS tells whether a reaction is spontaneous at a certain temperature. The Arrhenius equation tells us how the forward rate varies with temperature. If we want a fast rate but the temperature is low, then the activation energy also better be low (thermodynamics tells us whether stuff happens or does not happen. kinetics tells us how fast it will happen if it does)

A reaction will occur at room temperature if is activation energy is less than 80kJ/mol. In general, the activation energies tend to range from 40 to 150 kJ/mol.
