Graphing Energies and Stability

In graphing a reaction coordinate diagram for the problem "the transition state going from A to B is more stable than the transition state going from B to C," would this imply making the B to C step with a small hill than from A to B?

More stable means lower in Energy, So actually, the hill from A to B should be bigger than the hill from B to C.
