Anti Conformation

Postby HoganFenster2E » Sat Mar 05, 2016 8:22 pm

For this molecule, I know it is staggered but would it also be considered in its anti-conformation since the two largest atoms are opposite of each other?

If the two are 180 degrees apart, then it would be anti conformation.

Yes, that molecule is in its anti conformation because it is staggered at 180 degrees
