I am having difficulty seeing what the dihedral angle is?

As I discussed in Friday's class:

"DIHEDRAL ANGLE: ANGLE MADE BY 4 CONSECUTIVELY COVALENTLY CONNECTED ATOMS"

If all 4 atoms are in the same plane then the dihedral angle is zero.
Then imagine pulling the last atom out of the plane until it is pointing vertical. Now the dihedral angle is 90o.
