Newman Projection

Hi, Im confused on newman projections and how to draw them properly.For example, I keep drawing 3.5 wrong but I don't know what Im doing wrong.

since its 1,2 dibromo ethane you know that there is two carbons represented in the newman projection by the circle and the center of the circle. Then like before since one bromo is on the first carbon and the other attached to second you have them come out one from the center and from the circle and lastly since it mentions being eclipsed you put everything right on top of each other so that way there is no angle or its a 0 angle.
