Boat Conformation

Postby hannah_flagg_3F » Sat Mar 18, 2017 9:14 pm

I know when writing the chair conformation, you start with an up axial and switch between up and down as you go around, then the equatorial is the opposite, however, the boat conformation does not seem to follow this same pattern, so is there a pattern to the bat conformation, or should we just remember the boat conformation how it is?

The boat conformation does not follow the same pattern because, it is eclipsed.
