One of the homework problems requires you to know what a heptahydrate is, is that necessary to know for the test?

I would assume not, but this may be something good to double check with Lavelle or a TA. I do remember this question from the homework though.

We will go over hydrated compounds later in the course. For test 1 it will not be necessary to know
