Re: Surveys [ENDORSED]
The survey sent out by the Chair of my department is due this Tuesday:
https://ccle.ucla.edu/course/view/chem-survey
I was contacted this weekend: Less than 50% of my students have completed it!
:-(
That is really, really low.
They were hoping ~90% completed. Please do this survey. Much Appreciated.
If you are referring to the Audio-Visual Focus Topics I created to assist students, then for now do the review of high school chemistry.
These four modules are essential review of high-school chemistry:
Empirical and Molecular Formulas
Balancing Chemical Equations
Limiting Reactant Calculations
Molarity and Dilution of a Solution
Friday I finished Empirical and Molecular Formulas.
Monday in class I will review Solution Concentration and Dilution, and Balancing Chemical Equations and Combustion.
Wednesday in class I will review Limiting Reactant Concepts and Calculations, Units, and SI Units.
Friday of Week 1 we start Quantum.
Therefore by the end of Week 1 everyone should finish all high-school review topics (see Syllabus and Outline 1 for details).
