Organic Chem Worksheet: Instructions for #12

For #12 on the Organic Chemistry Worksheet, the instructions read to use the "same carbon chair cyclohexane confirmation from the previous question..." Does this mean the manipulated arrangement from the end of #11 (In which case, we replaced the two axial hydrogens with methyl groups)? Or do we use the original chair cyclohexane, with nothing replaced yet?

Just read it as:
"With cyclohexane in the chair conformation, replace one hydrogen on carbon-1 with an ethyl group and replace one hydrogen on carbon-4 with a methyl group."
