Black Body

What exactly are black body and black body radiation? Also, when do they come up/are necessary?

A black body is a body that absorbs all electromagnetic radiation such that nothing can escape it and no radiation can resist being "sucked in" per say

A black body is a physical body that absorbs all electromagnetic radiation regardless of frequency.

Can someone explain how black body radiation is related to the photoelectric effect?

What would be an example of a black body? Is this something people produce out there? I think it sounds like a really interesting topic, but it doesn't sound like it is feasible to be made in real life.

Examples of black bodies are the Sun and appliances that get really hot, like a stove since there are numerous transitions of energy overlapping at the same time, emitting and absorbing a broad range of wavelengths.

Technically, they are not man-made, but man-made objects like the stove can allow black-body radiation to occur.

Where would say a black hole fit in relation to a black body? Seeing as it absorbs all light wavelengths would is be considered a black body?
