What is it?
Dr. Lavelle talked about Black Body Radiation, but he did not really explain it in a detailed manner. What is it, and is this information vital to the course later down the line? Thank You!

He mentioned that in lectures although he said it is not a part of our syllabus! It is essentially bodies that absorb/emit all frequencies therefore would be essentially invisible.

I believe he just used black bodies as an example, and we do not need to know about it in detail.

In another post on this topic, the Chem Moderator stated that this is out of the course study so we do not need to know much about it!
