Will we need to know the Stefann-Boltzmann Law and Wein's Law for Black Body radiation for Midterm 1?

Not sure, but it's safe to know. Ask your TA for extra clarification!

I know Lavelle mentioned that Black Body radiation isn't really a chem 14A topic in one of his lectures. I doubt that he'd test us on laws related to it.

I dont think you need to know them for the exam. But just understanding how those laws relate to the content can be helpful to understanding larger contexts.
