How would the particle-in-a-box model be used to answer this question?

If the length of the box is 150pm, we can use lambda_t,4=8(9.10939x10^-31kg)(2.99792x10^8m*s^-1)(150x10^-12m)^2/9(6.62608x10^-34J*s) and that gives us an answer of 8.24x10^-9m=8.24nm.
