balancing equations and there phases

So I know that the balanced equation is correct but im not sure what the phase will be for 2OH- and the 5H2O will be. can anyone help ?

Since OH is an ion, it is going to be aqueous as it exists in a liquid solution and I believe H2O will be a liquid unless stated otherwise that is gas or solid.

I second that "OH is an ion, it is going to be aqueous as it exists in a liquid solution" I will add when labeling (s) (g) (aq) be extra careful to check those because achieve will flag it.
