Re: Equilibrium Constant and Gas Concentration relationship
The relationship between the equilibrium constant and the concentrations of gases in an ideal gas equilibrium system is that the equilibrium constant (K) for a chemical reaction at equilibrium, expressed in terms of the concentrations of gases, is constant when the temperature is also constant.
Re: Equilibrium Constant and Gas Concentration relationship
In an ideal gas equilibrium, the equilibrium constant is determined by the ratio of gas concentration. However, since pressure relates to concentration in ideal gases, can also be expressed in terms of partial pressures.
Re: Equilibrium Constant and Gas Concentration relationship
An ideal gas equilibrium system relates the partial pressures of the gases at equilibrium to their stoichiometric coefficients in the balanced chemical equation
