Ice Table with quadratic equation on bottom

Is it possible to have an end result of the ice table that gives you only an x in the numerator and the quadratic equation is on the bottom?

I have been looking at a problem over and over to make sure I wasn't making a mistake. If it is possible how do you use algebra to solve for x. If it isn't what is most likely my mistake?

I think I am right because there are two reactants and only one product for the reaction.

Does this reaction only have one product in either the gaseous or aqueous state?

This seems possible. You would just have to multiply the denominator out( for example (1-x)(2-x) = 2-3x+x^2). Then multiply the denominator with the K value. Last just subtract the x value from both sides to get the equation you need to plug into the quadratic equation.
