### Bar for partial pressure

Do we always use unit in bar when calculating partial pressure equilibrium constants?

Yes, bar is the standard unit for partial pressure in K calculation

Bar is the proper unit for partial pressure for equilibrium constant calculations.

Since the conversion between bar and atm is 1 atm = 1.01325 bar, do we treat them each unit as virtually the same thing?

You can treat bar and atm as almost the same thing, but if you want to be super safe, you can use that conversion factor to convert atmospheres into units of bar. :)
