Yes you can use this equation when you have a gas and need to find unknown parameters of the gas.

PV = nRT can be used at STP if you plug in 273.15 Kelvin for the temperature (T) and 1 atm for pressure (P)

Yes. Remember STP is standard temperature and pressure, which is temperature (273.15 K) and standard pressure (1 atm).

Yes, this can be used. You would need to plug in the standard temperature and pressure (273 K and 1 atm).

Yes, you can use STP (standard temperature and pressure) to solve PV=nRT. STP is measured at 1 atmosphere of pressure at 273.15 degrees Kelvin and you can plug these numbers into the equation.

at STP, you simply input the standard temperature and pressure into the equation: 1 atm and 273 degrees kelvin. Then you may proceed with the problem as normal
