Do we need to remember which person discovered which part of PV = nRT? Or is it enough to just know what their findings were, but not necessarily remember the person.

I am sure it is just enough to know the Ideal Gas Law, since it is a combination of Gay-Lussac's Law, Boyle's law, etc. Hope this helps!

I think as long as you remember how to isolate each variable and solve it using the given information, you will be okay.

You should also memorize the units you have to use when using the equation. For example, temperature is in Kelvin and volume is in Liters.
