Hydrogen bonding between molecules

When it comes to molecules being able to hydrogen bond with itself, it needs to contain a H bonded to a FON molecule is that correct? However, for a molecule to form a hydrogen bond with water, does the same apply where the molecules needs to contain a H bonded to a FON?
For example, does the interaction between H2S or XeO3 or CO32- with H2O count as hydrogen bonding or dipole dipole?

Yes, the same will need to be applied where the molecule needs to have a hydrogen bonded with a fluorine, oxygen, or nitrogen. Therefore, H2S, XeO3, with H2O are dipole-dipole interactions.
