Why do the dispersion forces of London influence its molecular form, size or density in elements that are not noble gases?

London dispersion forces,(van der Waals forces) deprived from temporary fluctuations in electron distribution that create instantaneous dipoles in molecules. While noble gases are known for their weak London dispersion forces due to their low boiling points and weak intermolecular interactions, these forces play a crucial role in influencing the molecular form, size, and density of other elements and compounds, especially nonpolar molecules.
