Dipole-dipole occurs between two molecules that are polar on their own. Dipole-induced dipole occurs between a polar and non-polar molecule in which the polar molecule causes the non-polar molecule to exhibit polar character.

Because the dipole-dipole bond is when molecules are polar on their own, and a dipole induced dipole is when there is one polar bond that causes the second non polar bond to exhibit the character of a polar bond, then both types would also have the same dissociation energy. They are two different bonds that act in the same way and can be broken with equal amounts of energy.
A dipole-induced dipole attraction is a weak attraction that results when a polar molecule induces a dipole in an atom or in a nonpolar molecule by disturbing the arrangement of electrons in the nonpolar species.
