Why is Hydrogen Bonding generally stronger than other intermolecular forces?

Good question.
H-bonds have some covalent bond characteristics (in addition to ionic/electrostatic).

I think it is stronger than other intermolecular forces but weak when compared to covalent and ionic bonds

The amount of electronegativity of the hydrogen bond will make it the strongest.
