All molecules have London forces due to the constant movement of electrons, leaving one part of the molecule slightly more negatively charged and another part of the molecules slightly more positively charged.

Electrons are constantly moving throughout an atom so the random dispersion of these electrons leads to London forces forming between atoms and molecules.

Yes, all molecules have london dispersion forces. However, the more electrons a molecule has, the stronger the forces are.
