Yes, hydrogen bonding is a special case of dipole dipole interaction in which the atoms involved are especially electronegative, like nitrogen, oxygen and fluorine

Yep! Like others have said, it is a special and specific kind of dipole-dipole intermolecular force; it's good to know that hydrogen bonding is the strongest form of dipole-dipole interaction!

Yes, a hydrogen bond is a strong dipole-dipole interaction between a slightly positive hydrogen on one molecule and a slightly negative O, N, or F on another molecule.
