How do we draw dipole moments?

You need to draw the arrow with the plus on one end, which the arrow pointing towards the more electronegative atom and the plus side towards the less electronegative atom. You can also draw the partial negatives and positives using a lowercase sigma. Do this for every bond on your structure and then you're all good.
