Are dipole moments just created when two atoms have a difference in electronegativities?

yes, a dipole moment is a measurement of the separation of two opposite electrical charges.

Yes, dipole moments occur when there is a difference in electronegativity. If there is a greater difference in electronegativity, there is a larger dipole moment.

Yeah, when two atoms that have an electronegativity difference, a dipole moment occurs between those two atoms.

dipoles are created when the electronegativity btwn 2 atoms is >0.5. These happen between a partial negative and partial positive.

Yes, because when two atoms have different electronegativities, one atom will attract the shared electrons more than the other creating a dipole moment and polarity.
