Ion-dipole vs hydrogen bonding

Which one would have the strongest interaction? I have seen it answered both ways and I am confused.

I believe the order from strongest to weakest is : ion-ion > ion-dipole > hydrogen bonds > dipole-dipole > induced dipole-dipole > Londons

A hydrogen bond is a strong dipole dipole interaction. Ion-dipole > hydrogen bond
