PdeltaV with Solids and Liquids

IN the equation, deltaU=deltaH-PdeltaV, why is PdeltaV insignificant with solids and liquids when there is a constant Pressure?

Because you can't change the volume of solids and liquids, so delta V will be 0. Therefore, PdeltaV will equal 0, which makes it insignificant.

Solids and liquids have a set volume, so there can be no change in volume. Hence, the change in V or delta V is 0.

By nature of the formula and the relationship PV=nRT, if the pressure of the system is maintained at a constant value, there can be no fluctuation in the value of V, therefore making delta V 0 and the overal p*deltav term insignificant.
