Types of Systems

What are some types of closed systems we might see that don't include a piston?

A closed system could be a flask with a cap on it (energy can be exchanged with the system but matter cannot).

A closed system example could be a sealed beaker of water or a cold pack.

Another example of a closed system would be a pot with a lid because energy can be exchanged with the surroundings.

Anything that allows for energy to be exchanged with its surroundings but not matter is a closed system. One example is a pressure cooker.
