Is there a difference between an isolated system and an insulated system?

I believe that insulated systems are isolated because heat outside the insulated system cannot enter or leave.

If a system is well insulated enough, it can be considered to be isolated ie there is no transfer of heat or energy

Isolated systems are defined as both matter and energy are unable to enter the surroundings.

Because of this, insulated objects should be isolated since they are unable to pass both matter and energy to the surroundings. You should be able to know open, closed, and isolated.
