What is the difference between something that is isothermic, isochoric, isobaric and isometric?

Isothermal process: ΔT = 0
Isochoric process or isometric process: ΔV = 0
Isobaric process: ΔP = 0

For a system,
Isothermic = constant temperature
Isochoric= constant volume
Isobaric= constant pressure
Isometric= constant dimensions or measure

If there are equal measures or dimensions, then the volume has to be the same. Isochoric and isometric can be used interchangeably.
