Constant Pressue

If the problem does not note a pressure change can we assume that no change in pressure was made?

Most of the time it will given an indicator that pressure has not changed, but in the case that it doesn't, I think it is safe to assume that there is not pressure change. With that being said, just read the problem carefully.

Yes, that's usually fine. Another indicator that pressure might be constant is if the problem mentions "standard conditions" - this implies a constant temperature of 273K and a constant pressure of 1 atm.

Yes if there is no mention of a pressure change, it is usually safe the assume that the pressure is being kept constant.
