Why is P*delta V significant for changes in the number of moles of gas and insignificant for solids and liquids?

it is insignificant when it comes to solids and liquids because there is no change in volume for liquids and solids.

Gases can change volume depending on pressure but solids and liquids maintain a constant volume.

It is negligible for solids and liquids because they maintain a constant volume.
