Are there different types of entropy? If so, what are they?

I think for our purposes there is only one type of entropy. There might be more at a higher level of learning.

In thermodynamics, entropy contains two conceptually of entropy: a Thermal entropy, STherm = ∫ (Cp / T) dT, due to thermally induced motion of particles, and Residual entropy, S0 due to the arrangement of the particles in a crystal lattice.

Though you just need to worry about the first one for now. Hope this helps.

I believe there is one type of entropy.

Within thermodynamics there are two types of entropy: Thermal Entropy and Residual Entropy.
