Midterm 2 Q6
Hello! For Midterm 2 Q6, can someone explain why we are using P2 which is 1.00 atm instead of P1, 1.79atm for w=-P deltaV? Thank you!

I think because that's the constant external pressure. I don't have the question on hand, but you would use 1.79 might just be the initial pressure of the gas, which isn't relevant to the work calculation.
