Will there be reversible processes on Test 1?

No, I do not believe so. If I remember correctly, on Friday, he said we will not need to know about reversible processes as we will go over it on Monday.

Are the reversible reactions the maximum work possible expansions?

I also remember Dr Lavelle saying that isothermal reversible expansion of a gas will not be on the test; and yes, reversible expansion of a gas causes the gas to do the maximum amount of work in expanding.
