For the midterm, do we need to know how to derive w=-PdeltaV using the integral?

I dont think we need to learn the derivations, but it may be a good idea to see where the relations came from and what conditions they are valid in

We will probably not be asked to derive equations, I would focus on the practice homework problems dealing with thermochemistry instead of studying the proof.
