Reversible Process

Does a reaction with a constant pressure count as an irreversible process?

Yes! When external pressure is constant, it is an irreversible process.

Yes, a constant pressure accounts for an irreversible reaction. A reversible reaction, in that case, could have a non-constant pressure.
