Reversible pathways

Postby Aaina 2D » Mon Feb 15, 2021 8:48 am

Conceptually, why does a reversible pathway have infinitesimal volume changes?

Pressure internal and external are essentially the same for a reversible pathway.
Very small pressure fluctuations give rise to very small volume changes.

Similar to a Top-10 music list, but with more work and heat. :-)
