Isothermal/Isobaric/Irreversible/Reversible/Other Topics Covered

I'm trying to come up with a composite list of all the special situations that can occur under certain conditions.

For example, I believe that under isothermal conditions, . If anyone could add to this list, that would be appreciated! And also, perhaps adding an explanation as to why each condition occurs.

AKA, what happens at reversible vs. irreversible conditions, or what happens at isobaric/isometric conditions.

Additionally, for any reversible process ΔStot=0.

That's the only thing I can think of right now.

At equilibrium, ΔSsys = - ΔSsurr.
Also, ΔG = 0 for a reaction at equilibrium.
