Other than in aqueous solutions, in what other situations would equal 0?

I think it could also be when a gas is in a system that has constant volume, and so there can be no change in volume

In any situation indicating a closed/isolated system where there is no change in volume (unless it is under a piston)

Whenever there's no change in volume, delta v = 0.
