### Entropy for changing Temperature

HI I was wondering,
In the book for changing temperature the only formula given to calculate it was deltaS = Cln(T2/T1) ,
But in the solution manual for question number 9.13 they use the formula DeltaS =nRln(T2/T1). Wouldn't we instead use Cv = 3/2R and then plug that into the first equation?

Yes, this is a known error which is posted in the Solution Manual Corrections.
