This is one of those three step equations, first find the delta S from heating the water to 100 degrees. Use the 75.3 value as your C
Second, you already have the molar entropy of vaporization, so keep this value.
Third find the delta S from cooling the water back down to 27 (this will give you a negative value).
Add these three numbers together to find total delta S.
For 1 and 3 use equation C*ln(T2/T1)
